My company is planning on incorporating a company within Dubai’s Free zone

Before going ahead with any course of action towards incorporating within the U.A.E., we were wondering whether you could let us know some information first.

1) The fees for incorporating a corporation in Dubai
2) The fees for the virtual office service
3) We have been asked to “backdate” the incorporation of the corporation by 3 months in order to proceed with transactions:
– Considering our company has been incorporated, and is privately held for ten months, is this action legal?
– What is the process in undertaking such a service?
– What is the fee for such a service?
4) Do you also provide financial legal council for foreign business men who may not be aware of all the laws and regulations within the U.A.E?
– If yes: what are the fees usually associated with such services?
– If not: are there a couple of firms to which you would recommend? May you kindly provide us with the firm’s name and contact?
